19 Nov 2014 by Richard A Craven (17-111)

Gentlemen;

I have been asked to inform you all that Captain James Edgerton, the founder of the Coronado Company passed away on November 14, 2014. Since Captain Edgerton was a Life member of the Arizona Rangers, his widow Jan Edgerton would appreciate it if as many Rangers could attend the service as possible.

Captain Edgerton was a former Marine of WW II, a Rancher in the state of Arizona for many years after moving here from Alaska. His two sons are still living in Alaska. Captain Edgerton started the Coronado Company in 2001, and lead the company until 2007.

His services will be held November 21, 2014 at 11:00 am at St Mary's Church in Duncan, Arizona. Major Lloyd Glassbrook, our State Chaplain, and Major Kenn Barrett, our Training Director, are prepared to assist with the Ceremony. Please, as many Rangers as can come, join us at this time. Class A, long sleeve, tie, and black western hat. Please be at the church before 11:00 am.

Respectfully,

Ranger Lynne Holliday
